About the Job
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the whole process from product research, go-to-market strategy development, and unit economics & user flow modeling to production, release, and further product metrics analysis and improvement for an ecosystem of Crypto & RegTech products.
Responsibilities:
1. Your key goal is to enhance user retention, LTV, and other key product metrics in collaboration with the Tech, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams. While the latter owns the top-of-the-funnel metrics (CAC and conversions up until the user touches the product interface), you’ll own the product metrics that follow down the funnel
2. Develop, organize, and run market and user research for existing products/features and those under development: TAM-SAM-SOM, competitive analysis, regulations, trends, qualitative and quantitative checks of JTBDs, CustDev interviews, etc.
3. Ensure each product/feature is competitive & marketable before we start building it; define the product UVPs and positioning for each
4. Model the unit economics of each product; shape the product line & roadmap in a way that would maximize the overall value for the company and its stakeholders including clients and partners
5. Develop the go-to-market strategy for each product together with the Marketing team
6. Produce clear & timely product documentation (business cases, user stories etc) to synchronize the vision among the team members and for it to serve as a backbone for product development and marketing communications
7. Design user flows and interface mockups; ensure that the resulting CJM and UX/UI are in line with the product positioning and user stories
8. Lead MVP development and testing, if necessary
9. Help to develop and track the system of product metrics through appropriate dashboards with the help of the Analytics team
10. Deliver & test hypotheses on product/interface improvement together with the Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams
11. Manage integrations with partners and help run other activities that have to do with the product.
Background:
– 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in Crypto/Fintech/SaaS
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or IT/Engineering is a must
– Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the blockchain and/or the Regtech products
– Portfolio of product development cases from hypothesis to MVPs and profitable products
– Strong analytical mindset, ability to get to the bottom of the task and analyze complex sets of data, hands-on experience in working with analytics systems; knowledge of the Customer Development methodology, different market research techniques, hypothesis validation, UX research
– Project management, MVP development, Agile/Scrum skills
– Understanding of the UX/UI basics: user flow & mockup design, UX writing, crafting user stories
– Good knowledge of unit economics and SaaS product metrics; Understanding budgeting rules, investment appraisal, and product P&L (good to have)
– Advanced written English is a must, Russian is good to have
– Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to collaborate with remote teams and work both autonomously and in a team, in a fast-paced environment
– Advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Trello, Figma etc
