Wui Ngiap Foo As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? Wui is the CEO and Cofounder of Ethlas. A technical leader with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. Prior to Ethlas, Wui was the Head of Technology (Integrity, Mobility Engineering, and Grab Patent Office) at Grab, where he oversaw the company's engineering, data science, security, and machine learning teams. Wui has also led teams at companies such as Credit Suisse and Google, in a career spanning financial services, big tech, and startups.
Wui is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering What do you think about idea? A passionate gamer since young (Wui actually considered quitting college to pursue a career in Dota 2 at one point), Wui is excited by the marriage of decentralised technologies with games and marketplaces and believes that Ethlas can bring about massive disruptions to the games industry through the application of blockchain technology.
Ari Medvinsky As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? Q1:
Ari has spent more than two decades across top tech companies. He also holds a PhD in distributed systems and applied cryptography. What do you think about idea? A dedicated geek about blockchain design and cybersecurity, he leads the underlying smart contract development to help Ethlas become the safest and most scalable Web3 Gaming company.
Elston Sam As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? Elston is the cofounder of Ethlas, leading the Product & Growth strategy to achieve the vision of engineering the future of gaming for the next billion users.
A founding member of Grab’s Growth team, Elston is Ethlas’ “growth hacker” building on his expertise and experience in driving product growth with Grab, Airbnb and Chinese e-commerce platform, Jumei.com. At Grab, Elston led the expansion of the Grab Daily news feed into major markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, which was pivotal in shaping Grab’s ‘everyday app’ strategy. What do you think about idea? We are passionate about using blockchain, decentralised finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to create a more immersive and differentiated gaming experience for players. We believe that Web3 technologies will shape the future of gaming and we want to pave the way to that future. Our goal is to create a gaming ecosystem that redefines the next generation of gamer experiences, similar to what the internet did for the games industry 30 years ago.
